Professional residential HVAC and commercial HVAC for you.

We found the charger before the phone hit 1%. That's roughly how fast we move when the heat dies.

A local HVAC company with real technicians and real trucks — not a call centre selling your job to a subcontractor. Residential HVAC for the house you sleep in, commercial HVAC for the building you run. One HVAC contractor, one number, one team accountable for both — heating and cooling, installation and repair, every hour of the year.

Every HVAC service, from American Standard to mini split.

We carried every bag in one trip. One company, one number, everything handled.

HVAC installation and repair under a single roof: air conditioning service, heating service, furnace service, heat pump service, boiler service and mini split service. Stop coordinating four contractors who each blame the other three. Every job on your HVAC system — every unit, every heating and cooling system component — is done by our own employees. Never subcontracted, never resold.

Home HVAC services, commercial HVAC, one accountable contractor.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning — installed, repaired, tuned and documented. Book an inspection and we'll tell you what your system actually needs, not what we'd like to sell.

Diagnosis 03 fault groups / 20 symptoms

Common heating and cooling problems we fix.

Three categories cover almost every call we take. Find yours below — and if you smell gas, stop reading, leave the building, and call us from outside.

Smell gas? Don't diagnose it — evacuate. Leave the building first, then call from outside. We dispatch to gas-leak calls ahead of every other job, day or night. Call 559-651-1776 →
01 Dead / no output

We got the office printer working without kicking it. Your system will get the same patience.

HVAC not working at all? Won't turn on, tripping the breaker, short cycling, furnace won't start — we diagnose the failure, show you the failed part, and quote the repair before we touch a screwdriver. If the furnace smells like gas, shut it off and call. That one is not a Google search.

Symptoms we see 06
  • HVAC not working
  • Won't turn on
  • Tripping breaker
  • Short cycling
  • Furnace won't start
  • Furnace smells like gas
02 Running, not cooling

We picked the right charging cable out of the drawer on the first attempt. Our trucks work the same way.

Every van carries the parts that actually fail: capacitor replacement, contactor replacement, blower motor replacement. So warm air from the vents, AC not cooling, an AC freezing up, a frozen coil, an HVAC making noise or leaking water all get solved on the first visit — not on the third Thursday.

Symptoms we see 09
  • Blowing warm air
  • AC not cooling
  • AC freezing up
  • Frozen coil
  • Making noise
  • Leaking water
  • Capacitor
  • Contactor
  • Blower motor
03 Comfort & balance

We survived the family group chat without muting it. We can survive the thermostat argument too.

Uneven heating and cooling, and hot and cold spots in the house, are a design problem — not a personality problem. We measure static pressure, find the HVAC airflow problems, hunt the refrigerant leak, and clear the musty AC smell at the source instead of spraying it and leaving.

Symptoms we see 05
  • Uneven heating & cooling
  • Hot and cold spots
  • Airflow problems
  • Refrigerant leak
  • AC smells musty

Emergency HVAC service

24/7 emergency HVAC repair.

We wake up before the alarm. Which is convenient, because your furnace doesn't check the clock.

24-hour HVAC dispatch with a human answering — emergency HVAC repair at 3 a.m., emergency AC repair during a heat advisory, 24-hour furnace repair in January. Weekend HVAC repair and after-hours HVAC at published rates, not surprise multipliers. Same-day HVAC repair is the standard here, not the upsell.

Installation & replacement

The right HVAC solutions for your property.

We find the cold side of the pillow on the first try. You want the whole house to feel that way.

A new HVAC system should be chosen for your square footage, not our margin. Central air installation for a whole-home solution, heat pump installation for year-round efficiency, or ductless mini split installation for the addition, garage or converted attic that ductwork never reached.

We assembled the whole wardrobe with zero leftover screws. Your new system won't have spare parts either.

HVAC installation done once, correctly — sized, sealed, balanced and commissioned. Furnace installation, heating installation, AC installation and air conditioning installation all end the same way: an airflow test you get to watch. HVAC replacement and air conditioning replacement include haul-away, permit and inspection — not as line-item extras.

What makes us different

What makes our HVAC company different.

We fold a fitted sheet correctly. Turns out doing the annoying thing properly is the entire differentiator.

Most contractors size your system by rule of thumb. We run a real HVAC load calculation — a full Manual J calculation with tonnage calculation and room-by-room proper AC sizing. It takes two hours longer, and it's the reason our systems don't short-cycle for the next fifteen years.

We made autocorrect accept the word we actually typed. Getting a straight answer from a contractor should be that easy.

Already been told you need a full replacement? Take a free second opinion before you spend five figures. Every job is backed by a written labor warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty, and our HVAC warranty terms fit on one page in plain English. That's why we keep showing up as a top rated HVAC company — not because we bought the badge.

Efficiency & air quality

Energy-efficient HVAC upgrades that pay for themselves.

We cancel the free trial before it charges us. We notice money leaving the building.

High energy bills usually mean leaking ducts, not a dying unit. Start with system performance testing — static pressure, airflow and refrigerant charge, all measured — then duct sealing before you replace anything. When it genuinely is time, an energy-efficient system with a high SEER rating and a high AFUE rating qualifies for HVAC rebates and the federal tax credit HVAC program. We file the paperwork for you.

You checked the fridge four times and nothing new appeared. Your air won't improve by staring at it either.

Pricing Flat rate / approved before work / no multipliers

Transparent HVAC pricing and clear estimates.

We check the receipt before leaving the store. You should be able to check ours the same way.

Upfront pricing and flat-rate pricing, approved before a tool comes out of the truck. One HVAC service call fee, disclosed on the phone, waived when you proceed. Affordable HVAC services means the number doesn't change between the driveway and the invoice.

We can pick the perfect avocado. We can also spot a system with three good years left in it.

Ask for the HVAC replacement cost and you'll get a written number, not a sales visit. We break down the new HVAC system cost, HVAC installation cost, AC installation cost and furnace replacement cost by equipment, labour and permits — then show you the honest HVAC repair cost of keeping what you already own.

Three things we put in writing
  • Free estimate, flat rate pricingWritten HVAC quote before the work starts. The approved number is the final number — no hidden fees on the invoice.
  • HVAC financingApprovals in minutes on a soft credit check. Terms to 120 months, no money down, 0% promotional periods on qualifying equipment.
  • Service call fee, waived on repairOne disclosed HVAC service call fee — and it disappears the moment you approve the work.

Pressing the button ten times doesn't make the lift arrive faster. Skipping maintenance doesn't make the furnace last longer.

An HVAC maintenance plan covers a spring AC tune-up, a fall furnace tune-up, and a heating tune-up before the first cold week. Every HVAC service agreement includes priority service — plan members go to the front of the emergency queue.

Licensed, insured, and trained HVAC technicians.

We actually read the terms before clicking Accept. Rare, occasionally very useful, and apparently unusual in this trade.

Licensed and insured HVAC work, with our HVAC contractor license number printed on every estimate. Search "HVAC technician near me" and you'll find plenty of vans. Ask them for that number and watch what happens.

What our HVAC customers say.

Two other companies told me I needed a whole new system. These guys tested the ducts, found the real problem, and charged me a quarter of what I'd been quoted. The house has never cooled this evenly.

DMDana M.Central air installation · Phoenix, AZ

Furnace died at 11pm on a Sunday in January. A human answered, a tech arrived in forty minutes, and he had the igniter on the van. No overtime surcharge, no lecture about needing a new system.

RKRavi K.Emergency heating repair · Chicago, IL

I manage nine retail sites. One contract, quarterly PMs on every rooftop unit, documented compliance reporting, and I finally know the age and history of every asset I'm responsible for.

Answers

Frequently asked questions about HVAC services.

Three things decide it: age, refrigerant type, and the repair cost against the value of the remaining life. Under 10 years old on R-410A with a repair below about a third of replacement cost — repair usually wins. Over 15 years, running R-22, or facing a compressor failure — replacement almost always costs less across five years. Our technicians earn nothing extra on equipment sales, so what you get is the arithmetic, not a pitch.

A cracked heat exchanger is an automatic replacement — it's a carbon monoxide risk and no honest contractor will patch it. Otherwise, the same maths applies: if the furnace is past 15 years and the repair exceeds a third of a new unit, replacement is usually cheaper over the remaining life. Under 10 years with a failed igniter, flame sensor or inducer motor, repair almost always makes sense.

Fifteen to twenty years when it's sized correctly, commissioned properly and maintained annually. Eight to twelve when it's oversized, overcharged and never serviced — which describes most systems we're called to. The single biggest factor isn't the brand, it's whether the original installer ran a load calculation.

Gas furnaces typically run 15 to 20 years; a well-maintained one can pass 25. Electric furnaces often go 20 to 30 because there's no combustion wear. Annual tune-ups matter more here than on the cooling side — a clogged filter and a dirty flame sensor are what kill most furnaces long before their time.

Shorter. In Phoenix, Las Vegas or Houston, where a condenser runs eight months a year, expect 12 to 15 years rather than 15 to 20. Coastal salt air shortens it further through coil corrosion. Twice-yearly coil cleaning and condenser coil protection can buy back several of those years.

Rising energy bills with no change in usage. Repairs more than once a season. R-22 refrigerant. A system over 15 years old. Humidity that never drops even when the house is cold. And the big one — a failed compressor, where the repair often costs more than half a new system. Any two of these together, and it's worth pricing a replacement.

Yellow burner flame instead of blue. Soot around the unit. A cracked heat exchanger. Rooms that never warm up. Banging or rumbling on startup. Rising gas bills. And any carbon monoxide detector activation — that one is not a maintenance question, it's an evacuate-and-call-us question.

Every three to five years for a typical home — sooner if you've had a renovation, a pest problem, mould, heavy smoking, or you've just moved into a house whose previous owner's habits you'd rather not inherit. Ducts don't need annual cleaning, and any contractor pushing that is selling, not diagnosing.

Electrical connections and amp draw. Capacitor and contactor condition. Refrigerant charge, superheat and subcool. Static pressure across the system. Blower motor and wheel condition. Evaporator and condenser coil cleanliness. Condensate drain and float safety switch. Combustion analysis and carbon monoxide on gas appliances. Thermostat calibration. You get every reading in writing.

Coil cleaning, filter replacement, drain-line clearing and treatment, refrigerant level check, electrical connection inspection, capacitor test under load, blower wheel clean, thermostat check, and a temperature split measurement to confirm the system is actually delivering what it should. Roughly 60 to 90 minutes done properly — anyone doing it in twenty is spraying the coil and leaving.

New equipment is transitioning to lower-GWP refrigerants such as R-454B, but R-410A systems already installed are absolutely fine to keep running and service — supply for existing systems continues. This is nothing like the R-22 phase-out, where prices climbed steeply. If someone is telling you to replace a healthy R-410A system because of refrigerant rules, get a second opinion. Ours is free.

Four things, in this order. Is the thermostat set to the right mode and actually powered? Is the filter clogged? Has the breaker tripped? Is the outdoor unit's disconnect pulled or the condensate float switch triggered? That covers a genuine share of "broken" systems and costs you nothing. Anything past that — refrigerant, capacitors, gas — needs a licensed technician, not a video.
